Are your sarees handloom or powerloom?

Every saree we sell is handloom, woven on our own pit looms. We do not sell powerloom fabric. A handloom saree shows slight irregularities in the weave and a fringe of loose warp threads at the end of the pallu.

How long does delivery take in India and internationally?

Most Indian pincodes receive orders in 3–7 working days after dispatch. International orders usually arrive in 7–14 working days depending on the country. Your exact window is shown at checkout once you enter a pincode or country.

Who pays customs duties on international orders?

Accepted Answer

By default duties are paid by you on delivery (DDU). At checkout you can choose to prepay duties (DDP) so there is nothing to pay at the door; the total is shown before you pay.

How do I wash a Mangalagiri cotton saree?

Accepted Answer

Soak and hand-wash in cold water with a mild detergent for the first two washes, wash dark colours separately, and dry in shade. Iron on medium heat with the zari border face down. Dry-clean pattu sarees.

Is a blouse piece included?

Most of our sarees are 6.3 metres including an unstitched blouse piece; the product page says so clearly. You can also choose a stitched blouse to your measurements or add fall & pico.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags. Stitched blouses and custom-size pieces cannot be returned. Start a return from your account or message us on WhatsApp.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available in India for orders up to ₹10,000.

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets in India; international cards and PayPal for orders outside India.

Accepted Answer

Yes — book a live video check for ₹100 and we will show you the exact piece. The full ₹100 is credited back and comes off your order.
