The short answer
Orders ship from India within 1–2 working days. Delivery in India takes 3–7 working days and is free above ₹1,000; international delivery takes 7–14 working days. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, except stitched blouses and custom sizes.

Customs and duties
International orders ship DDU by default (duties paid on delivery). You can choose DDP at checkout to prepay duties.
Returns
- Start within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused with tags.
- Not returnable: stitched blouses and custom sizes.
